Ecovillage Land van Aine's mission is to create a vital community of 50-100 residents in the north of the Netherlands which promotes the vision of being holistically (socially, ecologically, economically, spiritually) sustainable. They are transforming an empty, neglected old industrial site into a natural ecovillage. They are developing vegetable gardens, herbs, flowers, a food forest, small-scale businesses and 30 to 50 eco homes. Volunteers, long and short term, are welcome.
