Friskoven is an ecovillage in Almindingen on the island of Bornholm, built on the site of an old labor camp from 1939 in the middle of the forest. The cooperative housing association Friskoven was founded in 2021. Friskoven's visions are based on the three fundamental principles of 'Radical Sustainability,' 'Free and Self-Directed Learning,' and 'Economic Freedom.
