The People of the Elves is one of the most original experiences of the Italian community movement located on the Pistoia Apennines since the eighties.The community is home to more than 150 people in fifteen different residential areas, some of which are even an hour's walk away from each other. A part of the houses is without electricity, self-sufficiency is aimed at, and, when possible, barter is practiced, both between the villages of the community and with other realities.
